Laying water-carrying pipelines

The technology allows using the trenchless method to lay a polyethylene pipe from 100 to 400 mm in diameter.

SET CONTENTS:

  • Pneumodrift used for making a leading tunnel;
  • Pneumohammer;
  • Enlarging head;
  • Pneumatic hoisting gear;
  • Pneumohammer with an enlarging head with lengthwise channels (when laying a pipeline over 300 mm in diameter).

Well enlargement with partial soil compaction

Operational principle:

Along the route of the pipeline laid, some intermediate assembly wells are arranged. Then, a special pneumodrift of 70 to 90 mm in diameter is used to make a leading well. The hoisting cable is dragged into the leading well, the assembly wells are removed. A slanting tunnel to host a percussion unit with an enlarging head is made to connect to the work well.
