The technologies and equipment sets are under protection of RF and international patents. The paper called Replacing Sewerage in Urban Conditions without Excavation was awarded the Prize of the Russian Government in 2000.

About the Product
Trenchless method
The total length of main and submain water-carrying pipelines from 100 to 400 mm in diameter in the RF is 1,550 thousand kilometers.
Replacing sewerage lines
The technology allows using the trenchless method along an existing route to replace cast-iron, ceramic, asbestos-cement, concrete and reinforced concrete pipelines.
Replacing water supply lines
The technology allows using the trenchless method to replace steel and cast-iron water supply pipelines from 80to 530 mm in diameter with polyethylene ones.
Laying water-carrying pipelines
The technology allows using the trenchless method to lay a polyethylene pipe from 100 to 400 mm in diameter.
Making cast-in-place piles
The piles moulded in the soil with pnemodrifts have the highest specific bearing capacity, which 2 to 2.5 times exceeds that of driven piles.
Driving steel pipes
The technology is used to create steel casing for a variety of utilities. The pipe diameter is up to 1,400 mm, length up to 80 mm.
